From registration to payout
Via Pix, bank slip or card. The charge is processed by Asaas.
The money stays held in the organizer's Asaas subaccount until the event date.
After the escrow period, Asaas automatically releases the amount.
Transfer via Asaas to the bank account registered by the organizer.
You track each of these steps in your organizer dashboard on KineoPass.
The payment services made available on KineoPass are provided by Asaas Gestão Financeira S.A., a payment institution authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil. KineoPass acts as a technology platform and does not hold custody of users' financial resources, which remain under Asaas's responsibility, as per current regulation.
