Is creating a KineoPass account free?
Yes. Creating your account and building your Athlete Passport is completely free. You only pay the registration of the race you choose to sign up for.
How does protected purchase work?
Your registration amount stays protected end to end, until the race happens. The organizer only receives it after the event, which protects you if the race is canceled.
Do my old times go into the passport?
Races you do on KineoPass enter automatically. Earlier races may be imported as we integrate with partner timing services.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pix, credit card in up to 12x and boleto. Pix clears instantly and releases your registration right away.
Is KineoPass a training app?
No. We don't build training plans or a virtual coach. The focus is race registration and recording your achievements — your sporting passport.
